“We are excited to bring this unique event to the industry in 2017,” says President and CEO Chris Foster. “We learn from one another. With Cannabis 2017, we are creating an educational environment for cultivators, by cultivators. There is a real need for professional growers in the legal cannabis segment of the market to obtain solid cultivation and business management advice. Cannabis 2017 will meet that need.”
“Attendees will not be disappointed in our level of programming,” says Jim Gilbride, Group Publisher of Cannabis Business Times. “Noelle Skodzinski, co-founder and editor of Cannabis Business Times, has been instrumental in pulling together a speaker line-up that includes many of the most well-known and influential names in cannabis cultivation. Mel Frank has been writing about cannabis since 1971 and currently collaborates with a network of cannabis researchers, works as a consultant and is the senior advisor to several California-based marijuana companies. Scott Reach is founder and COO of RD Industries, parent company for Rare Dankness, and owner of one of the most high-tech, automated cultivation sites in the world. These are just two of the industry leaders that will share their experience and advice in individual conference sessions. The rest of the speakers are just as impressive.”
