Pennsylvania begins its medical marijuana program in 2018, but in order to obtain a license for the drug, you cannot own a gun.

It is the ultimatum residents are struggling with-–medical marijuana or gun ownership?

One resident told WPXI it just doesn’t make any sense to make people choose between the two.

Marijuana has been legalized in some form by 29 states. Pennsylvania legalized it for medicinal use almost two years ago, but under federal law it is still banned.
