Ohioans will soon be allowed to legally purchase and use marijuana, and the state must be prepared, said Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters.
“Legalization is coming to Ohio. We need to accept the reality it's is going to happen,” he said before unveiling a report spelling out why marijuana use should no longer be a crime.
“Why in the world knowing this is coming would we let the bad guys have the money?” he wondered. “I have come to believe the current laws hurt minorities."
