ATLANTA-- Gov. Nathan Deal will sign a bill legalizing the use of medical marijuana in Georgia, after the House resoundingly passed the bill Wednesday.

With passage all but assured, 5-year-old Haleigh Cox and her mother Janea entered the House chamber and watched the vote from the back of the room. Janea Cox repeatedly dabbed at her eyes as the vote was called, announced and applauded by House members.
