LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Another medical marijuana commission meeting, another full room. Cultivation and dispensaries was the topic last week and this week.
A final decision has now been made, according to marijuana commission member Travis Story.
“We decided that starting off with the cultivation facilities that is going to be an all merit application," Story said. "The dispensaries are still going to be a function of lottery system, that's going to be where each person would apply for our right zones.”
