California Attorney General Xavier Becerra released a 16-page document that goes over current cannabis regulations and guidelines, but many are speculating it could mean more enforcement action be taken against illegal grows.

While the document does not state any new regulations, it does provide law enforcement with an extensive history on cannabis legislation and guidelines on how to deal with several issues, including medicinal cannabis.
