On Tuesday the city council approved a ban on all marijuana businesses. Lawyers that represent possible pot store owners told NBC Right Now that just within the last couple of hours, the City of Kennewick received the paperwork for an injunction claiming their recent pot ban to be unconstitutional.
Wednesday on Twitter Kennewick's proposed “Americanna Weed Company” stated, “Kennewick enacts ban. I guess it's our turn to sue. #I502 only for a few”
