Jay O’Malley, Marimed’s Vice President of Marketing & Research Development, brings 25 years of progressive experience in the beverage industry as a sales and marketing leader. Prior to joining Marimed in 2023, Mr. O’Malley served as the Director of Spirit Commercialization at The Boston Beer Company, where he spent 20 years building high-performing sales teams and new functions including Trade, Shopper, Experiential and Field Marketing. As a brand leader, Mr. O’Malley launched the Samuel Adams Rebel IPA brand, spearheaded Truly Seltzer’s partnership programs, including a multi-year deal with Dua Lipa, and built out Boston Beer’s core capabilities in commercializing a new spirits division. When not working, Mr. O’Malley spends most of his time on the sidelines, alongside his wife, Becca, cheering on their daughters in soccer. As a family, they love spending weekends together in New Hampshire skiing and hiking with their Cockapoo, Bear.
