She regularly drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements, such as master supply and procurement agreements and other strategic contracts that impact clients’ day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Her transactional background also informs her work counseling clients on Internal Revenue Code and ERISA compliance, and assisting employers with the identification of employee benefits issues utilizing Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor procedures.
Naomi utilizes a practical approach to help guide clients through strategic transactions and pre-litigation dispute resolution in heavily regulated markets, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions, distressed asset scenarios, receiverships, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
