The fourth medical cannabis dispensary in Arkansas was recently approved for business in Helen-West Helena.
Greenlight Dispensary was approved Tuesday to open for business. The opening date is at the discretion of owners, according to a news release from the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. The third dispensary to receive approval, Arkansas Natural Products in Clinton, opened last week.
