Her mission is equity in funding, and she leverages a unique combination of experience across startups, venture capital and business to support founders in preparing for and succeeding at raising money for their companies.

Kramer is a Cleveland, Ohio-based freelance journalist whose work has appeared in the online or print versions of Glamour, Food & Wine, SELF, The Wall Street Journal and more.
Maria Denzin
Denzin is the owner of MJ HR Strategic Solutions, an HR consulting firm based in Palm Springs, Calif. Denzin specializes in talent strategy and development for the cannabis industry. Thom Lieb
Lieb is a longtime journalist who specializes in health and fitness topics. His work has appeared in Outside, Bicycling, Pittsburgh Magazine and many other publications. He is also a professor in the Mass Communication department at Towson University in Maryland. One of his major areas of interest is personal and organizational branding, especially as it applies to the emerging cannabis industry.
