Helpful, or Yet Another Hurdle?

Many industry experts agree President Joe Biden’s three-step cannabis reform plan was historic and removing the plant from the list of Controlled Substances would be ideal. But a rescheduling could make things more complex—or even a 'disaster'—for state-legal markets.
