Biome Announces OTCQB Listing

The company has upgraded its U.S. listing to the OTCQB Venture Market.

TORONTO, Jan. 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PRESS RELEASE -- Biome Grow Inc. has announced that it will commence trading on the OTCQB from Jan. 2, 2019. OTC Markets Group has also approved Biome’s stock to trade under the new stock symbol BIOIF.

Khurram Malik, CEO, said, “We are excited to upgrade Biome’s U.S. listing to the OTCQB Venture Market. This is an important step and milestone for the company as it aims to increase its presence among American retail and institutional investors. This move will provide investors with additional liquidity and increased trading capacity.”

Biome will continue to trade on the Canadian Stock Exchange under its existing symbol BIO.
