Colorado Attorney General Cynthia Coffman announced indictments of 13 people they say sold Marijuana illegally at "Hoppz' Cropz" locations in Colorado Springs.
Coffman said those people helped illegally sell 200 pounds of Marijuana meant for medical patients to people for recreational use.
The owners of Hoppz Cropz Joseph Hopper, Dara Wheatley, Joseph Sergio Crivici and Adam Donaldson now face charges of money laundering, tax evasion, possession with the intent to distribute Marijuana, attempting to influence a public servant, as well as violations of the organized crime control act.
