FDA Officials Confiscated CBD Edibles, Arizona Shop Owner Says

They left no records, no warrant, just said they were FDA and flashed flip ID badges, according to Phoenix New Times.

At 9:03 a.m. on Jan. 3, officials from the Food and Drug Administration confiscated edible CBD products from the shelves of a smoke shop in Yuma, the owner of the shop said.

"They came in this morning and they took eight chocolate bars, 14 packs of gummies, and 23 K-cups," said David Murray, who owns Neverlow Glass Gallery.
