Benchmarking: Dispensary Employee Feedback

On average, businesses that ranked on the “Best Companies” list scored 89% in employee satisfaction across all categories, compared to 67% for employers that did not make the list.

The 2023 “Best Cannabis Companies to Work For—Dispensary” employee survey included key questions related to employee engagement, including leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, and pay and benefits. On average, businesses that ranked on the “Best Companies” list scored 89% in employee satisfaction across all categories, compared to 67% for employers that did not make the list. Employee feedback comprises 75% of each company’s total score.
