Elena advises clients on issues related to HIPAA privacy and security, FDA regulations, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and corporate structure. She also monitors developments in cannabis and hemp regulation, including Ohio's evolving legislative landscape around intoxicating hemp products and drinkable cannabinoid products.
