Seth Goldberg co-chairs the Cannabis & Hemp Law practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden and leads the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Goldberg, who has been representing cannabis and hemp clients for the past decade, has a deep working knowledge of the complex federal and state laws and regulations that impact cannabis businesses and ancillary entities. He has worked with the American Trade Association for Cannabis and Hemp and industry stakeholders on issues of high importance to the cannabis industry.
