Julie A. Werner-Simon

Prof. Julie Werner-Simon, JD, LLM (constitutional studies), is a law professor adjunct at University of Southern California Gould School of Law (Los Angeles), Drexel University Kline School of Law (Philadelphia) & Drexel’s LeBow School of Business (Philadelphia). Among other things, she teaches Marijuana Cannabis Law. Werner-Simon was a federal prosecutor for over 25 years, and investigated many drug (Title 21), money laundering (Title 18), and tax offenses (Title 26) cases.  Her duties included ensuring international treaty compliance in white-collar cases.
