GLOUCESTER, Va., March 22, 2021 – PRESS RELEASE – River Organics, LLC, offering a line of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-certified organic cannabidiol (CBD) tinctures and massage oils, has officially launched in the U.S. and is available online at riverorganics.com. Grown and processed on a family-owned farm in Virginia, in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed, River Organics produces its products on site in a state-of-the-art extraction facility that meets USDA organic extraction requirements. In addition, River Organics is USDA certified for the hemp it grows, making it one of the few companies to produce USDA-certified CBD. River Organics takes great care with its CBD from seed to bottle, and each product is produced under the guidance of a master horticulturist with over three decades of farming experience.

The products launched include a line of 100% organic Virginia full-spectrum tinctures organically extracted and bottled on the River Organics farm. These CBD tinctures are available in 300 milligrams, 600 milligrams and 900 milligrams in flavors including mint, citrus and natural. Also available is the full-spectrum organic massage oil, which comes in 2 ounces (contains 600 milligrams of CBD) and 4 ounces (contains 1,200 milligrams of CBD). This massage oil is made with full-spectrum hemp extract, hemp seed oil, tea tree oil and peppermint oil. Both the tinctures and massage oils are independently tested by a third-party lab to ensure quality.

According to founder Adrianne Joseph, River Organics hemp is hand seeded, cultivated and carefully harvested at optimum bloom. The hemp is also farmed sustainably and organically to protect customers and the environment. To ensure for the most beneficial extracts from the hemp, River Organics only uses optimal plant material and never uses poor-quality leaves or branches in its products.

“A key point of differentiation in our products is that we undertake a detail-oriented process similar to drying tobacco when harvesting our hemp,” Joseph said. “We dry our hemp slowly over the course of several days in an optimal and controlled environment.”

While the competitively priced CBD line is currently available online, the company anticipates introducing additional products this spring and has plans to expand distribution with qualified sales groups and individuals with expertise in the CBD industry.

“Our company is dedicated to farming and distributing the highest quality organic CBD products to improve the quality of life for our customers,” Joseph said. “We pride ourselves on purity and transparency while preserving and promoting environmental health. With this mission, River Organics currently participates in One Percent for the Planet, donating proceeds from every sale to this worthwhile initiative.”
