The CCB will ultimately issue two types of cannabis consumption lounge licenses—a retail license and an independent license—according to a local KTNV report.

The CCB can issue up to 20 independent consumption lounge licenses under state law, and half of them are allocated for social equity applicants, the news outlet reported.
