Apeks Supercritical Forges New Partnership to Create Full-Service Solution in Cannabis Cultivation and Processing

The CO2 extraction design manufacturer has been acquired by greenhouse design firm Rough Brothers, Inc.

JOHNSTOWN, OH (October 28, 2019) – PRESS RELEASE – Apeks Supercritical, a CO2 extraction manufacturer, has announced that it has been acquired by Rough Brothers, Inc. (RBI), a Gibraltar company, and experts in both greenhouse design and manufacturing. The move allows Apeks to join forces with RBI and other companies to form a dynamic partnership that further strengthens its ability to offer the best in extraction technologies to the global cannabis industry.

While Apeks Supercritical will continue to operate daily as an independent division of RBI, the relationship was carefully chosen to ensure the standards Apeks customers have come to know for quality engineering, fabrication and service remain in place.
