Strong Recreational Marijuana Sales Continue for Massachusetts Dispensaries

The Cannabis Control Commission announced that first-day sales at the dispensaries were about $440,000 combined.

BOSTON — Both recreational marijuana dispensaries in Massachusetts are indicating that sales are still strong after opening on Tuesday.

Cultivate in Leicester and New England Treatment Access in Northampton say they are continuing to see long lines.

The Cannabis Control Commission announced earlier this week that first-day sales at the dispensaries were about $440,000 combined.

Amanda Rositano, of NETA, says that they are seeing approximately 2,000 people a day.
